Most agencies are built to sell you more billable hours. We built one that tries very hard to do the opposite — fewer, senior people, shorter engagements, and a bias toward putting the work in market.
Our Story
Seven years, one argument.
Edison Moment Agency opened in a walk-up on Crosby Street in the summer of 2019. There were six people and one client. The argument the founders kept having was simple: most agency work was slow, bloated, and invisible to the people it was supposed to reach.
The solution was not to get bigger. It was to stay deliberately small at the senior level, compress the timeline, and keep the creative director in the room from day one through launch. That shape worked.
Today the agency is 120 people across four cities. We have worked with more than 250 brands on four continents. The walk-up is gone. The argument is not.
In 2024 we launched a second product — a self-serve marketplace at edisonmoment.com — for the long tail of work that doesn’t need handholding. The agency is for everything else.
