Terms, privacy, and refund policies for Edison Moment.
Terms of Service
By using Edison Moment you agree to these terms. Edison Moment provides a platform connecting clients with vetted human experts, augmented by AI tooling. All services are delivered by real humans — AI is used as a productivity layer, not as a replacement for expert judgment.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. You are responsible for any content you submit as part of a service brief. Edison Moment reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate our content guidelines.
All intellectual property produced under a completed order is transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service listing.
Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum data needed to operate the platform: your name, email address, payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store raw card data), and the content of your service briefs.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with sub-processors (Stripe for payments, Supabase for database hosting, Resend for transactional email) under data-processing agreements.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@edisonmoment.com.
Refund Policy
If an order has not yet been assigned to an expert, you may cancel for a full refund. Once work has begun, refunds are handled case-by-case based on the proportion of work completed.
Every order includes two rounds of revisions. If you are not satisfied after revisions, contact support and we will work with you to reach a resolution — including a partial or full refund where warranted.
Retainer subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing date for no charge. Refunds are not issued for billing periods already underway.
