The creative-services market is broken in two opposite ways. One side is fast and generic — pure-AI tools that produce volume but no taste. The other side is slow and expensive — agencies that take three weeks to ship a logo. We build for the missing middle: vetted experts with AI tools at hand, shipping work that is both fast and considered.

Edison Moment was founded in NYC on a single bet — that AI plus a senior human expert beats either alone, by an order of magnitude. The first marketplace launched with 30 vetted experts and a chat-first briefing flow.

We introduced the AI×Human framing publicly: AI alone is slop, humans alone are slow, the combination is magic. The category language now appears across the brand and the platform.

Expert network across 11 countries
The vetted-expert network grew past 300 across the US, UK, Canada, India, Singapore, the GCC, and Australia. Most service categories now ship in under an hour.

We launched a sister practice — Edison Moment Agency — for brands that need senior, hands-on creative leadership. The agency works with global brands including Lacoste, Casper, Zumba, Thermo Fisher, and Taiwan Excellence.
