Getting Started
- What is Edison Moment?
- Edison Moment pairs vetted human experts with AI to deliver fixed-scope, fixed-price services — faster and better than either alone.
- How do I place my first order?
- Browse services, click the one you need, fill out the brief, and check out. Your expert will be assigned within one business day.
- Do I need to create an account?
- Yes — an account lets us track your orders, store your brand memory, and keep all communication in one place.
Orders & Delivery
- What does "fixed scope" mean?
- Every service listing describes exactly what you get — word counts, deliverable formats, number of assets. There are no surprise scope changes.
- How many revisions do I get?
- Two revisions are included on every job. Additional revisions can be requested and are billed separately.
- What happens if a deadline is missed?
- Every order has an SLA timer. If delivery is late we issue a partial credit automatically — no need to chase anyone.
Billing
- What payment methods are accepted?
- We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payment is collected at checkout before work begins.
- Can I get a refund?
- If work has not yet started, you can cancel for a full refund. Once an expert is assigned, refunds are handled case-by-case — contact support.
- How do retainers work?
- Retainers are billed monthly and give you a dedicated ongoing relationship with an expert. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal date.
Experts
- How are experts vetted?
- Every expert goes through a portfolio review, a skills test, and a live interview before they are approved to take orders.
- Can I request a specific expert?
- Not on one-off orders yet, but retainer clients are matched to a dedicated expert and can request continuity on renewals.
- How does AI fit in?
- Experts use AI as a productivity layer — for research, drafts, and iteration — but every deliverable is reviewed, edited, and owned by the human expert.
